Raylene is Jazzmine and Skeet's cat mom. She loves these kitties more than herself. Raylene is a savant architect. She can sketch insanely detailed architecture drawings with both hands at the same time. She has built the Budge home into a cat paradise complete with cat walk ways and cat skyways. Raylene is a cutie pie but she has a hot temper due to the Italian blood that flows in her veins. She is (reluctantly) married to Archibald Budge the cat father of the household. She has one addiction she is not shy about, coffee. She will drink it, consume raw grinds if she needs to but she lives for her morning coffee high.
